VRTA Activities

The Vancouver RTA has choices for fitness or social connections. Currently all are STOPPED due to the COVID-19 virus EXCEPT the Book Club, which is meeting socially. As BC enters Phase 2 of the Public Health Emergency, some walking and strolling activities may resume in small groups with social distancing rules in place, subject to the latest medical advice from Dr. Bonnie Henry and BC government officials and the concerns of the Activity Leader.

Let’s Go Travelling!

The Langley Retired Teachers Association (LRTA) offers travel opportunities each year to all BCRTA members who are interested in "going places and doing things". Organized with Troy Opper at ENJOY TOURS and TRAVEL and under the capable hands of Judy de Vries, she remarks “It is always more fun and often less money to have one or more friends share in an activity whether it is going to the movies, sharing a cruise ship cabin, touring, or planning an adventure. Winter events are coming and there are so many roads to travel and events to attend.” To learn more and become involved, click on the following link:
