BC's New Seniors' Advocate

Dan Levitt, adjunct Professor of Gerontology at SFU, succeeds Isobel Mackenzie as the B.C.'s new Seniors' Advocate starting April, 2024. Dan has a Council of Advisors from each part of the province. One of the members is Barb Mikulec from the Vancouver Coastal Health Authroity, a Vancouver retired teacher. Dan taught gerontology at SFU since 2007.
