This hands-on baking demonstration and class was offered by Lizette Pappas, experienced baker, at 6 pm on Tuesday April 1 at the Hellenic Community Centre. 4500 Arbutus Street. Over 50 men and women, boys and girls, attended this event. There was a small cost involved. This was a great opportunity to start your Easter baking!
